International Students

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

No international students have been admitted into the program in the past seven years.

The PSPG Program has very limited financial aid for international students. For this reason, international applicants are expected to have studied for at least one year in the United States and preferably have received an undergraduate (B.A., B.S.) or graduate (M.A., M.S.) degree from a U.S. institution of higher learning before he or she can be considered for admittance into the PSPG Program.

Application to the PSPG program is very competitive. All international students who meet the above requirement and choose to submit an application must indicate in the Statement of Purpose what their future scientific plans are and with whom they would like to work in the PSPG Program, so that the Admissions Committee can better assess whether the program is appropriate for the applicant's needs.

When submitting inquiries about the program via email, please be aware that we are unable to mail application forms. All applications are to be submitted on-line.
